A regional health information system for secondary use of data.

Amétrine

Master project dedicated to the development of an architecture and a construction method of regional health information systems. The first phase involves defining a temporal model adapted to health information systems. Subsequent phases will: i) define a method to creating health temporaly-aware data warehouses with a strong focus knowledge; ii) design a data warehouse query tool allowing users (clinical staff and researchers) to directly formulate a wide range of queries without needing a computing scientist to program them. Note that other essential requirements (e.g. data protection and security) will also be considered.

Améthyste

Project targeting the development an architecture and a method to build a temporal data warehouse within a regional health information system. This project is part of the Amétrine master project.
